摘要
采用有限元法 ,利用大型CAE数值分析软件ANSYS ,对拖拉机限动链右支架建立更符合工程实际的立体模型 ,进行弹、塑性计算 ,分析出了在工作状态下 ,该零件的应力分布图和变形图 ,为厂方设计及改材提供了详实。
By adopting the finite element method and utilizing the large scaled CAE numerical analysis software ANSYS,the elastic plastic calculation for the right support of tractor′s movement restriant chain is carried out through the establement of solid model which conforms even more to engineering practice.The stress distribution chart and deformation diagram of the component part under working condition are being analyzed,thus providing the factory a full and accurate and reliable theoretical basis for the design and material replacement of that part.
