This thesis analyzes the improvement and development of the audit in our country. Combined with practices in university, it elaborates that we should seize opportunities and meet the changes in audit so that we can convert concepts, make outstanding achievements and produce more high-quality audit fruits to contribute to the universities' construction and development.
