In this paper,author anaylises the requirrnents for talents and education in the era of knowledge economy.According to real state of labor in our conntry,it is important and more imperative to improve higher vocational education.Higher vocational education is an important way in which it will enhance our labors′ quality.In addition,it must be in several levels and life education.
