Countermeasures to entrance into WTO for training of construction managerial talents

我国加入WTO后建筑业面临挑战。在分析项目总承包与工程总承包、施工总承包的区别基础上 ,探讨工程管理专业的人才培养问题 ,并提出了培养懂国际惯例操作实务、技术综合能力强。

Focused on the main challenges to the local architecture sector due to total introduction of WTO rules across China,discussion is made on the training of managerial talents in architecture industry,from the view point of analyzing differences between project management contract(PMC),engineering purchases contract(EPC) and construction contract(CC),in which an approach to the training of international-oriented engineering managerial talents full of creative idea is presented.
