高等教育大众化的确立 ,使远程教育进一步发展 ,网络教育招生人数迅猛攀升 ,录取标准一降再降 ,网校之间形成激烈竞争态势。针对现状 ,本文提出采取基础合作 ,应用竞争的远程教育新形式 ,以充分发挥当前我国各高校之间的资源优势 ,达到强强联手 ,优优配置 。

At the beginning of the 21th century,China stepped into the entrance to WTO.Facing the challenges of entering WTO,there are more and more competitions among web schools.According to the reality,this article raises the new ways of basic cooperation and applied competition in order to develop the superiority of the natural resources among colleges,realae the cooperation of strongers and arrangement of excellences,and satisfy nation and societys need for the talents of high education.
