A bridge---man is needed in the process of actualization of theory. There are four kinds of courses for the actualization of educational theory: educational theory-educational technology and method-educational practice; educational theory-educational idea-educational practice; educational theory-educational policy-educational practice; educational theory-educational theory-educational practice.
