摘要
当前教师专业化发展必然要求树立“教师即研究者”的专业发展理念,应分析教师专业发展的外部条件和内部动因,优化教师专业发展的外部环境,并发挥其内部各有利因素的作用。
At present, the development of teacher specialization calls for the following things: develop the conception of teachers as research workers, analyze the external conditions and internal factors, optimize the external environment, and bring the internal factors into full play.
