摘要
本文就“双师型”教师的基本特征、标准进行分析研究,提出培养和培训“双师型”教师的主要方法和途径,并对发展“双师型”教师中的“一体化”问题、“双职称”问题、待遇问题作了深入思考。
The article introduces the basic characteristic of'double-functions'teachers,analyzes their practical ability,puts forward the major methods and ways of developing and training the teachers,and pro foundly considerates the problems such as'the integration'of'double-functions'teachers,double pro-fessional titles and treatment.
