对当前我国职教师资培养的新探索

Newly Exploring the Fostering of Vocational &Technical Teachers in China

当前，我国职业教育正从数量型向质量型转变，职教师资仍是制约职业教育质量提高的关键因素。如何培养符合时代所需的高质量职教师资是我国职教发展中面临的一个难题。本文对我国职教师资培养现状作出简略分析，并结合中德政府合作在同济大学职教学院开展的职教师资培养项目，提出了我国职教师资培养的一些策略和方案。

At present time,vocational and technical education is transferred from the type of amount to the type of quality.But the teachers have been the key factor affecting the improving of its quali ty.It is a difficult problem how to foster necessary high-level vocational teachers in our country.The article gives a brief analysis of the situation in the fostering of vocational teachers,and is also based on the pro ject,which is for the fostering and training of vocational teachers,cooperated by Chinese govern-ment and German government in vocational and technical education college of Tongji University in Shanghai.Besides that,it also suggests some strategies and schemes concern ing the fostering of voca-tional teachers in China.
