摘要
当前我国农村在经济发展、社会结构变迁与制度创新、农民思想观念转化等方面所表现出的转折性变化，标志其已经进入了新的历史阶段。立足新阶段的基本趋势与特征，分析并明确其对农民职业教育发展的影响，有利于重新确定农民职业教育的目标、思路、实现路径，进而构建起新的农民职业教育体系。
The changes of transition which the countryside as shown in the matter of economic develop-ment ,the structural tranformation and systematic innovation of society,the conversion of peasants thinking concep tion and so on,symbolize that it has been in a new historical stage.It will benefit reestablishing the objective,train of thought and realizing ways of peasants vocational education in order to construct a new system of the education to analyze and make clear their influnce on the development of the education based on the basic tendency and characteristic of the new stage.
