摘要
国内对民航领域人为失误的研究 ,集中在对飞行员个体行为的研究 ,而对机组群体行为失误很少关注 .机组行为失误大多是属于心理性质的 ,是人、机、环境因素相互作用的结果 .探讨了社会心理品质、动机、情绪、个性心理特征等心理因素与机组行为失误之间的联系 ;对机组行为失误的心理背景进行了分析 ,探讨了飞行空间环境、航空组织管理、人—机 -环境关系失调对机组行为失误的影响 ;分析了机组管理不善对群体行为失误的影响 。
On the behavior mistakes in the scope of the civil aviation, the research workers in our country focus their attention to the personal behaviors of pilots but overlook the group behavior mistakes of the civil aviation crew. Since the most of behavior mistakes have something to do with the psychological characters which results from interaction of the crew, machine and environmental factors, the relations of the behavior mistakes of the civil aviation crew with the psychological factors such as social psychological characters, motivation, emotion and individual mental characteristics are investigated. The psychological backgrounds of the behavior mistakes of the civil aviation crew are analyzed, and aviation space environment, aviation organizational management, infection of connection maladjustment of man machine environment on the behavior mistakes of the civil aviation crew are studied. Infection of crew management on the behavior mistakes of the civil aviation crew is analyzed. The countermeasures to improve crew management are put forward briefly.
