阐述了模糊加权 PID控制器的设计过程 ,并在实验电阻炉上实现了二级计算机模糊加权PID温度控制 .用 MATLAB软件建立实验电阻炉的数学模型 ,并按 Ziegler-Nichols经验公式整定出 PID参数 ;运用模糊加权控制器在线调整 PID控制器参数的设计思想 ,研制了一种模糊加权PID控制器 ;采用 PLC和 PC二级计算机系统 ,实现了实验电阻炉的模糊加权
In this paper, the designing procedures of fuzzy weight PID controller is illustrated, and the control of temperature by sub computer system with fuzzy weight PID regulator has been realized on the experimental resistance stove. First, the model of the experimental resistance stove is built by using MATLAB software, and the PID parameter is adjusted according to experience formula of Ziegler Nichols. Second, a fuzzy weight PID controller is designed applying the theory on which the parameter of PID controller is regulated by fuzzy weight controller. Finally, the control of temperature with fuzzy weight PID regulator has been realized on the experimental resistance stove by using PC PLC sub computer system. As a result, the quality of control is very excellent.
