摘要
讨论了钢轨电阻室内、外测量的仪器、方法及内容。通过室内测量数据建立了电阻测值与钢轨的测点位置、测段长度、支撑条件、温度、使用程度等的变化关系模型 ;通过现场测量得到了PD3型 6 0kg/m轨、U71MnSi型 5 0kg/m轨的大样本电阻实测值的统计分析结果。最后 ,对上海莘闵线两种钢轨轨道结构下的电能消耗差进行了估算 ,对我国城市轻轨交通的钢轨选型有借鉴意义。
Two questions are discussed in this paper, one is about the measurement of the resistance of long steel rail in an urban rail transit line, another is the amount of electric energy consumed in the steel rails. Based on the models established and calibrated by the measurement data from lab, which describe the relations between resistances and the position of measurement spot, the length of measurement section, temperature, degree of rail abrasion, as well as the statistical consequences of PD3(60 kg/m) and U71MnSi(50 kg/m) obtained from the large sample data on the work site, the author estimates the difference of electrical energy for these two types of rails in Shanghai XinMin Rail Transit Line, and holds that the estimation be widely adopted in the selection of rails for UMT in China.
