摘要
据维生素的特性 ,用无机溶剂或有机溶剂从佛手瓜中提取维生素B2 、维生素C和叶酸 ,并用荧光分光光度法、比色法测定它们的含量。结果为 :维生素B2 0 .15 6mg/ 10 0g、维生素C4 .0 7mg/ 10 0g、叶酸 0 .36mg/ 10 0g。
Base on the speciality of vitamin, the VB 2,VC and folic acid were extracted from sechium edule with organic solvent and inorganic solvent.The contents of these vitamins were determined by Fluoresence spectrometry and Colorimetric analysis.The result as follows:VB 2 0.156mg/100g.VC 4.07mg/100g.folid acid 0.36mg/100g.
