黄芪中黄酮类化合物提取及其对羟自由基清除作用

Extration of flavonoid from the root of astragalus membranaceus and its effects on scavenging hydroxly radicals

对黄芪中的功能成分黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明 ,以乙醇为溶剂提取黄芪中黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为 :乙醇浓度 95 % ,固液化 (WW)为 1∶30 ,75℃水浴中提取 1h。此条件下黄酮类合化物的得率为 7 1 8%。且该提取物对羟基自由基 (·OH)有良好的清除效果。

The extraction of the flavonoid from the root of astragalus membranaceus was studied.The result showed that using alcohol as the solvent,with the orthogonal experiment,the optimum extracting condition was,ratio of solid to liquid as 1∶30,alcohol volum 95%,temperature 75 ℃and water immersing extraction 1 h.Besides,the effect of astragalus membranaceus extracts on scavenging hydroxyl radicals was studied.
