摘要
为解决冰淇淋生产中的质量问题 ,浸渍式液氮冰淇淋快速冻结装置和喷雾式液氮冰淇淋快速冻结装置 ,能有效地提高巧克力脆皮冰淇淋和火炬形冰淇淋的质量。对浸渍式和喷雾式液氮冰淇淋快速冻结装置 ,和液氮冻结技术及装置进行了的介绍。
In order to solve the quality problem in producing ice-cream,we manufactured liquid nitrogen immersion and spraying freezer to improve the quality of chocolate coating ice cream and soft-cone ice cream were made.These two freezers in detail and the technology of liquid nitrogen freezing was briefly introduced.
