碱酶两步法提取米渣中蛋白质的工艺研究

Study on Extraction of Protein from Rice Dregs by Alkali Dissolution and Enzyme Hydrolysis

先用碱溶法从大米渣中提取蛋白质 ,然后用碱性蛋白酶对碱提残渣水解 ,进一步提取蛋白质 ,两步提取使米渣蛋白质提取率达到 78 8%。

Firstly,the protein was extracted from rice dregs by alkali dissolution method.Secondly, the remaining rice dregs were hydrolyses by alkali hydrolytic enzyme of protein and the protein was extracted further. the ratio of protein gained was 78 8% by the process of two steps extraction.
