摘要
对利用混合油制取烷基醇酰胺的工艺进行了实验研究。实验表明 :以棕榈油、椰子油、菜籽油为原料 ,三者比例为 3∶5∶2 ,反应温度为 15 0℃— 15 5℃ ,反应时间为 5h时所得产品综合性能最好。
Studying the process of manufacturing Alkylolamide with mixed oil, the result showed that:Using Palm oil, coconut oil, rap oil for raw material the reaction conditions were weight fraction 3∶5∶2,temperature 150℃ 155℃,operation time 5 h, the general characteristic of the product would be best.
