摘要
莱卡 R(L ycra R) T40 3是杜邦公司经过不断改进弹性纤维生产技术而研制成功的新一代产品 ,它是一种熔纺并列双组分聚酯型弹性纤维 ,能自发产生卷曲并可在染色与后整理阶段很好地保持 ,非常适合于袜类产品生产。本文在介绍莱卡 T40 3纤维性能基础上 ,具体介绍其生产工艺与工艺参数。对裤袜的接缝与染色、后整理问题也作了说明。
Lycra RT40 3fiberis a new generation productof Du Pont Corp.via continuous innovation in technology of the elastic fiber.It is a melt spinning side by side bicomponent polyester type of elastic fiber,can curl spontaneously and keep the curl in dyeing and finishing stages,the fiberis very suitable forhosiery. Manufacturing process and parameters are given in detail besides the properties of the fiber,as well as problems existed in seaming,dyeing and post treatmentprocess.
