摘要
将毛竹径向剖分加工成保持竹壁原有厚度和削度的等厚竹片,侧立串合成厚芯板,与竹帘(席)组坯压制成一种厚芯竹帘胶合板,有利于提高竹材利用率和降低胶粘剂使用量。试验结果表明:厚芯竹帘胶合板的物理力学性能达到JG/T3026—1995竹胶合板模板标准的要求。
In order to raise the rate of bamboo utilization and reduce resin content, a kind of bamboo composite plywood was developed. It was made from bamboo curtains and a core composed of radial bamboo plate of equal thickness side by side. The experiment results showed that the main physical and mechanical properties of the plywood could meet the requirements for bamboo plywood form specified in JG/T3026 - 1995.
