摘要
阐述了凸轮式多次跌落冲击台的结构原理、力学性质、冲击参数及其调整方法。凸轮式跌落冲击台产生的次冲击能够影响试件的测试参数和性能,并能造成试件的疲劳损伤与失效,另外还介绍了消除次冲击的方法。
The construction principle, mechanical properties, basic shock parameters and adjustment methods of cam-type drop-test shock machine are described. The secondary shock acceleration pulse which are produced by the drop-test can influence the testing parameters and cause the fatigue and damage for components. The methods for eliminating the secondary shock acceleration pulse is also introduced.
