摘要
铜矿峪矿选矿厂的磨矿系列与浮选系列成对应布置形式 ,一旦浮选系列出现故障 ,则磨矿系列必须停机 ,加之浮选系列使用时间较长 ,对其改造已势在必行。通过对磨矿系列和浮选系列配置的改造 ,经生产考查 ,明显提高了球磨机的运转率和浮选机的生产能力 ,获得了较好的经济效益。
In the concentration plant of Tongkuangyu Mine, the milling system is deployed correspondent to the flotational system. Once a breakdown happens to the flotational system, the milling system must come to a halt correspondingly. As the flotational system has been commissioned for a long time, technical renovation is imperative. Therefore, the disposition of milling system and flotational system have been renovated technically. Operation of the modified flowsheet shows that the renovation has remarkably enhanced the availability of the milling system and the productivity of the flotational system, leading to good economic return.
