摘要
采用煤焦油—酚醛树脂复合固砂剂 ,并加入有机硅偶联剂 ,可显著提高其耐温性能 ,同时也降低了生产成本。结果表明 ,复合固砂剂中煤焦油的加入量为 15 % ,偶联剂加入量为 0 .5 %时 ,可使其耐温、耐介质性能大大提高 ,固结体在 12 0℃下恒温 7d后 ,抗压强度仍在 4MPa以上。文中还讨论了煤焦油、酚醛树脂。
The research indicates that the addition of coupling agent of organic silica to coal tar-phenolic resin complex sand consolidation agent can raise apparently temperature resistance and meantime reduce production cost. The addition of coal tar to complex sand consolidation agent is 15% and coupling agent is 0.5% by weight. The compression strength of consolidating body is above 4 MPa in 120℃,constant temperature for 7 days. The mechanism among coal tar , coupling agent and blinding agent is also discussed.
