摘要
介绍了以Cp TiCl3 为主催化剂、MAO为助催化剂组成催化体系制备间规聚苯乙烯的实验室方法 ,研究了试验条件变化对聚合反应的影响。合适的聚合反应条件是 :反应温度 5 0℃ ,Al/Ti摩尔比在 5 0 0~ 30 0 0之间 ,催化剂浓度 0 .5× 1 0 - 4 ~ 1 .5× 1 0 - 4 mol·L- 1 ,反应时间 1~2h,催化剂有较高的活性 ,聚合反应能平稳进行。得到间规度大于 97%以上的聚苯乙烯 。
The article introduced the synthesis of syndiotatic-polystyrene with Cp *TiCl 3 /MAO catalyst. The influence of the change of test conditions on polymerization was studied. Polymerization condition was at a temperature of 50 ℃, Al/Ti mole ratio of 500~3 000,catalyst concentration of 0.5×10 -4 ~1.5×10 -4 mol·L -1 , reaction time of 1~2 h. Catalyst had high activity. Polymerization carried out stably. Polystyrene which syndictaticity was over 97 % was produced,High yield had been gained.
