摘要
通过采用双重催化及萃取法 ,合成了对叔丁基酚苯酚甲醛树脂 ,对改进工艺条件进行了分析研究。结果表明 ,改进后的工艺更具有先进性、科学性和合理性 ,解决了传统工艺存在的生产周期长。
The p-tert-butyl phenol-formaldehyde resin was synthesized by the double catalysis and extraction, The improved process condition was analyzed .The conclusion demonstrated the improved process was advanced, scientific and reasonable. Problems, such as long-term production, poor quality product and unrealistic economic benefit etc., were solved existing in traditional process.
