摘要
对于间断性输送高凝点石油产品 ,在停输时间较长的情况下 ,为避免油品凝结 ,需定时开泵进行顶管。为减少操作频次 ,节约能量消耗 ,通过对管线油品温降的计算和分析 ,可以比较精确地测算出输油管线温降规律 ,从而确定停输期间开泵顶管的时间周期 。
When transporting high freezing point oil products discontinualy, to avoid oil products coagulating, it's necessary to operate pump for propel in time in the long time of stopping transportation. In order to reduce operating time, save energy consumption, the regulation of temperature decline in pipeline can be calculated accurately by calculation and analysis for the temperature decline of oil product. Time cycle to operate pump during stopping transportation can be confirmed and theory basis is applied for production.
