摘要
采用热经济分析法 ,以翅片管式热交换器为研究对象 ,讨论热经济分析法的优越性。建立了热经济分析模型 ,对热交换器作出全面的性能分析。用热经济分析法确定的热交换器 ,翅片管的根数是现有热交换器的 2倍多 ,收益火用大大提高 。
The heat economic analysis for pipe exchanger with fins is made, and its advantages are discussed. The heat economic analysis model is set up for analyzing the performance of heat exchanger overall. The number of fin pipes of heat exchanger that determined by heat economic analysis is twice as much as that of the available one, the earnings are increased greatly, and the technical and economic performance is perfect.
