摘要
通过对低压法甲醇合成催化剂失活机理的分析研究 ,提出只要注意在催化剂装填前将设备和管道清理、吹扫干净 ,装填时在催化剂上加保护剂 ,还原过程出水平稳 ,优化工艺操作条件 ,就可以对催化剂进行有效的保护 。
Some protection measures of catalyst for methanol synthesis with low pressure are proposed based on the analysis and research of inactivation mechanism of the catalyst. The protection measures include cleaning and sweeping the equipment and pipes, filling protectant above the catalyst, controlling the reduction with steady outgoing water, optimizing the operation conditions, etc. The catalyst will be protected effectively, and its life will be prolonging this way.
