摘要
在小试装置上 ,对环己烷催化氧化工序中分解、皂化反应温度进行了试验 ,并与工业生产结果进行了比较 ,结果表明 ,分解温度在 112~ 12 5℃、皂化温度在 110~ 14 0℃较适宜 ,能提高环己醇、环己酮的收率 ,减少副产物的生成。工业应用也取得了较好的结果 ,吨酮苯耗降至 1 2
The temperature test of decomposition and saponification in cyclohexane oxidation operation is made in the small scale device and the result is compared with that of the industrial production. The results show that the yield of cyclohexanone and cyclohexanol is increased, and the amount of by products is decreased under the decomposition temperature of 112~125℃ and the saponification temperature of 110~140℃. The industrial application reaches good effect also, and the benzene consumption per ton of cyclohexanone reduced to 1.23t.
