摘要
分析了世界阳极原料的发展趋势、原料对阳极质量的影响以及炭阳极质量与铝成本之间的关系 ,探讨了通过调整工艺参数来适应原料变化以达到阳极质量最优的可行性 ,论述了原料与炭阳极生产工艺适应性研究的迫切性。
The trend in development of carbon anode raw materials in the world as well as the effect of raw materials on the quality of carbon anode are discussed in this paper. The relation between the quality of carbon anode and the cost of aluminum is also analyzed. The feasibility of adjusting the technological parameters to cope with the problems caused by the fluctuation in properties of raw materials is explored too. It is quite clear that to meet the development of aluminum industry, special emphasis needs to be put on the research of carbon anode production technology which could deal with difficulties related to the quality of raw materials.
