Way of thinking and the method of programming the PLC software include the following steps: to understand various schematic diagrams in the engineering drawings, to familiarize with the process flow sheet and to prepare the logic block diagram, to pay special attention to failures in the software, to program on one spot through to the whole area and to test the program.
