摘要
就国产电极挤压机如何实现同步剪切 ,结合上海碳素厂 2 5MN卧式电极挤压机更新改造的具体实践 ,从理论和实践两个方面详细阐述了具有档架结构的卧式压机实现同步剪切理论上的可行性 ,针对同步剪切各相关系统中的不同问题 ,借鉴德国引进 30MN挤压机有益经验逐一加以解决 ,最终使得卧式挤压机真正实现同步剪切功能。
The feasibility of synchronous shearing with extruding of horizontal graphite electrode press is analyzed from both the theoretical and practical viewpoint. This is achieved by taking advantage of a reforming project of 25 MN domestic press in Shanghai Carbon Plant, where the press was made to be synchronous shearing. For that purpose, some first hand experience of using the 30 MN press imported from Germany has been taken into account. It is believed that the practice and the experience of reforming about the 25 MN in Shanghai Carbon Plant are of some help for the press in other graphite enterprises.
