Experimental Study on Brightener for Electroless Ni-P Plating Electrolyte

通过大量实验 ,筛选出了酸性化学镀镍液中光亮剂的最佳配方 ,并对加光亮剂和未加光亮剂的镀后试片进行热处理 ,结果表明 ,加光亮剂镀层的显微硬度 ,耐磨性。

Based a lot of experiments,the optimum formulation of brightener in acidic electroless Ni P plating electrolyte is chosen.The Ni P coatings with brightener and without brightener are respectively treated with heat treatment,the result shows that the microhardness,wear resistance,corrosion resistance of Ni P coating with brightener are more superior.
