开展岩土工程病害调查及治理对策研究之刍议

Superficial Opinion on Developing the Investigation of ill-geotechnical Engineerings and the Research on Harnessing Measure of them

由于人们认识方面和社会历史方面的局限,有很多岩土工程患有不同程度的病害。人们常将此类工程称为“病害工程”;患病严重者,进而称之为“病险工程”。又因对之认识不足,没有及时对其科学地治理,这些病害工程不但不能正常运转,发挥应有的社会、经济效益,而且还隐伏着灾害,危及生命财产的安全。从我国各类岩土工程的现状来看,病害工程亦普遍存在。在多年的调查与治理中,既有成功的经验,也有失败的教训。本文基于这方面的概述,阐明开展病害工程现状调查及治理对策研究的重要性和必要性,并提出开展此项工作的轮廓设想及建议。旨在引起有关权力机构、管理部门的重视,引起各位同行的注意和讨论,群策群力,使病害工程得到及时的科学的治理。

Many a geotechnical engineering contracts 'disease' to a certain extent owing to the limitation of both cognition and social history. These engineerings are commonly called 'ill engineering' End then called 'critically ill engineering' when seriously diseased. In addition, because of inapprehensive understanding and lack of timely scientific harnessing of them, the so-called ill-engineerings can not normally function and therefore can not play their proper roles, and on the contrary, the hidden disasters endanger people's life and property.As the present situation of various geotechnical engineering in China concerned, the ill engineering do exist commonly and both successful experience and failure lessons are shown in many years of investigating and harnessing of those engineerings. This paper, based upon the generalizaticn mentioned above, expounds the importance and necessity of developing the investigation of ill engineerings and researach on the harnessing measure of them and also put forward the autline, idea and proposal of this work, with the aim of bring to the great attention and discussion of powerful and managing organs as well as those persons with the same occupation to fool the wisdom and efforts of everyone for harnessing the ill engineerings in time.
