APRU (Average Revenue Per User) is not only a mirror for telecom consuming level but also a token of telecom operation performance in a country. APRU will be an indication of operating status of an operator as times changes, especially for these countries in which the telephone users are nearly saturated, the increase and decrease of APRU directly determines the increasing (decreasing) rate of revenue of an operator. The values of APRU of operators in worldwide are descending at present. How to think about this phenomenon? How do operators deal with it? Mr. Hequan Wu. newly elected deputy president of Chinese Academy of Engineering, senior consultant for cur magazine, released his unique opinion on this issue.
