城域网中的弹性分组环技术 被引量:1

Resilient Packet Ring Technology in MAN

摘要 目前,随着城域网中数据流量的增加,传统的传输方式(如SONET/ATM)已经在新业务面前力不从心。弹性分组环(RPR)被认为是重建城域网以满足新业务需求的替代方式。根据RPR协议草案和国内外其它的相关资料,简要介绍了RPR技术的特点,然后对RPR的关键技术进行了分析。 Nowadays,with the in creas-ing data traffic in MAN,traditional trans mission modes(such as SONET /ATM)can not meet the demand of the emerging services.Resilient Packet Ring(RPR)is regarded as the substi-tution to re -build MAN to meet the demand.Ac cord ing to RPR draft pro-to cols and other relative domestic and oversea materials,the features of RPR tech nolo gy are briefly intro duced and the key tech nologies are analyzed.
