Various Kinds of Preionization Technology for High-power CO_2 Lasers

摘要 介绍实现CO2激光输出的各种预电离手段,着重介绍PIE CO2激光器。在PIE CW CO2激光器基础上,采用burst-mode技术,实现高峰值高平均功率的连续和脉冲CO2激光输出。这种器件电极结构简单、经济实惠、调节方便。 Various kinds of preionization technology, especially the PIE technology, forhigh-power CO2 lasers are presented. Employing the burst-mode technology on the PIE CWCO2 laser, high-peak, high-average laser output can be gained with the virtues of simplestructure, convenient adjustment and good economy.
