摘要
从光电装备战斗效能出发,以典型的四方晶体为例,用数学方法分析了该类晶体器件的电光特性和低温特性.通过模拟野外温度,测定并找出了该类光电器件居里温度点的转折规律,提出了在低温下对电光晶体器件的使用方法和改进措施.
As a typical crystal, this paper studies and analyzes the electricity\|photo domino effect and the low temperature domino effect of the tetragonal crystal. The transition law of the Curier temperature in this tetragonal crystal has also been researched by simulating the field temperature. It proposes the correct method of using this tetragonal crystal device and offers some advise to improve this equipment finally.
