摘要 两平行光栅对放大啁啾脉冲的压缩是产生超短超强激光的一个重要环节。介绍了对单次工作 (30min/shot)、大口径 (35 0mm× 185mm× 6 0mm)、高刻线密度 (176 0lp/mm)光栅对的平行调整。给出了两种调整方法的详细步骤 ,并比较了它们的优缺点。最后讨论了与光栅对平行调整相关的几个问题。 The compression of amplified chirped-pulse by parallel grating pair is an important step in generating ultrashort ultrahigh-intensity pulse. In this paper, for single-pulse compression (30 min/shot), two methods are proposed in detail for the alignment of dual-grating with large caliber (350 mm × 185 mm × 60 mm) and dense grooves (1760 1p/mm). The shortcomings and advantages of the two methods are compared with each other. In addition, the related problems of the alignment are discussed.
