摘要
以 1年生京玉葡萄 (Vitisvinefera L.cv.Jingyu)幼苗为材料 ,用遮阳网营造弱光环境 ,研究了弱光环境对葡萄叶片生长及其在强光下光合特性的影响。结果表明 :弱光环境下长成的葡萄叶片比叶面积、单位重量的叶绿素含量明显高于自然光照下长成的葡萄叶片 ,叶绿素 a与叶绿素 b的比值则比对照低。上述变化有利于葡萄在弱光环境下对光能的利用 ;1 80 0μmol.m-2 .s-1 光照条件下测定的弱光环境下长成的葡萄叶片的净光合速率 (Pn)和光系统 (PS )光化学效率 (Fv/ Fm)明显低于对照。通过对强光下不同处理的葡萄叶片气孔导度 (Gs)、细胞间隙 CO2 浓度及气孔限制值的测算可以排除气孔限制的因素存在。
Effects of high light intensity on growth and photosynthesis of 1 year old young grape plants ( Vitis vinefera L. cv. Jingyu) grown in different light intensity environment, were studied. The results showed that the specific leaf area (SLA) and chlorophyll content per unit of leaf dry weight of grape grown under low light intensity environment (approx.35% and 15% of control respectively) are higher, but the value of Chl. a/b is lower than that of control. To study their response to strong light, the young grape plants grown under low light were transferred to higher light environment, and the results showed that the net photosynthetic rate(Pn) and PSⅡphtochemical efficiency ( Fv/Fm ) of experimental plants were obviously lower than that of control. Also, the data obtained in this study suggested that the lower Pn of experimental plants maybe caused by photoinhibition, but not the stomata limitation.
