摘要
应用原生质体融合技术构建、筛选出 2株高效降解胆固醇的融合子。比较 2株融合子 C- T 2 4 - 8、S- T1 3- 37及 3株亲本的胆固醇降解能力、凝乳能力、形状大小、抗生素抗性、生理生化等表观特征及 (G+C) %含量等遗传特征 ,证明它们确系区别于双亲本的乳酸菌融合子。 C- T 2 4 - 8和 S- T 1 3- 37对胆固醇的降解率约为54%~ 78% ,可降低食品基质中胆固醇约 2 3%~ 45% ,这比亲本乳酸菌 ST与
Fusion hybrids C T24 8 and S T13 37 were reconstructed and screened using the protoplast fusion technique. Comparing the ability of cholesterol bioconversion and skim milk solidifying, size, physiologic character,biochemical character and (G+C)% of DNA and so on. It is certified eventually that C T24 8 and S T13 37 are fusion hybrids of C3 and T12 1, ST and T12 1. Their rates of cholesterol degrading are 54%~78%, 23%~45% in medium of PY Cho and food respectively.
