摘要
一次iv4-碘苯甲基乙酸二甲氮基乙酯30,60mg/kg,均能明显提高乌头碱所致大鼠室早、室颤和致死的阈剂量,也能提高哇巴因致豚鼠室早、室颤和致死的阀剂量,能显著减少CaCl_2引起的大鼠室颤发生率和死亡率。对BaCl_2所致心律失常及心博停止的阀剂量也有一定的提高作用。小白鼠尾静脉注射的LD_(50)为122.12mg/kg。
The effect of dimethyl aminoethyl (4-iodophenyl methyloxy) acetate on arrhythmias induced by aconitine, ouabain, barium chloride and calcium chloride was studied. DMEIPA 30 mg/kg or 60 mg/kg iv elevated the threshold doses of aconitine or BaCl_2-induced arrhythmias in rats, also has protective effects of ouabain necessary to induce ventricular premature beats in guinea pigs. Pretreatment of rats with DMEIPA30 or 60mg/kg iv significantly reduced the incidence of ventricular fibrillation induced by CaCl_2 130 mg/kg and reduced the mortality as well. LD_(50) of DMEIPA iv in mice is 522.12 mg per kg.
