毒·辛乳油的液相色谱分析

Determination of Chlorpyrifos + Phoxim EC in Mixture by RP-HPLC

本文叙述的是采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以甲醇为溶剂 ,甲醇 +水 +冰乙酸为流动相 ,DOS-C18为填料和紫外检测器同柱分离测定毒·辛乳油中的毒死蜱和辛硫磷。结果表明 ,毒死蜱和辛硫磷的标准偏差分别为0.021、0.051;变异系数分别为0.21%、0.34% ;回收率分别为100.6%、99.1% ,线性相关系数分别为0.9993、0.9985。

It is introduced that the quantitative analysis of chlorpyrifos and phoxim EC by reversed phase HPLC,using methanol as solvent,methanol and water and acetic acid(80:20:0.1) as mobile phase,packing by DOS-C18 and using Ultraviolt Detector.The results showed that the standard devi-ation for Chlorpyrifos and phoxim are 0.021 and 0.051,the variation coeffricient are 0.21% and 0.34%,the average recovery are 100.6% and 99.1%,linear correlation are 0.9993 and 0.9985.
