肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能的研究

A study on the red cell immune function in patients with lung cancer

报道27例肺癌患者红细胞免疫功能的研究结果,并以34例健康人傲对照。结果表明,肺癌患者红细胞C3b受体花环率明显降低,而红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著增高;血清中免疫活性因于对红细胞C3b受体花环促进率明显降低,而对红细胞C3b受体花环抑制率显著升高;红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞的能力显著降低。

This paper reports the results of the red cell immune function in 27 patients with lung cancer. There were 34 normal persons as control. The results showed that the rate of red cell immune C3b receptor rosette formation was lower than that of control, while the rosette formation rate of red cell immune complex was higher than that of the normal persons. Serum can significantly decreased the rosette promotion rate of red cell C3b receptor and remarkably increased the rosette inhabitation rate of red cell C3b receptor. The ability of immune adhension of red cell to tumor cells was decreased.
