摘要
黄瓜、西瓜、西葫芦授粉、外源激素处理子房及黄瓜未处理子房15N分配率 ,开花后 4d比开花当天增加 2~ 3倍 ,P、K、Zn、B、Mn含量均明显升高 ,尤其B、Zn升幅更大。而西瓜和西葫芦未处理子房15N分配率花后 4d仅为开花当天的 1/ 3左右 ,P、K、Zn、B、Mn含量则下降 1~
Accumulating Character of 15 N and mineral elements in the early developing ovaries were studied by using cucumber ( Cucumis sativum L.),watermelon ( Citrullus lanatus Mansfeld) and pumpkin ( Cucurbita pepo L.) as sample ,in this experiment. The result indicated that in normal fruiting ovaries of cucumber ,watermelon and pumpkin, the distributive rate of 15 N was increased 3 to 4 times during 0 to 4 days after bloom; P,K,Zn,B,Mn Contents raised obviously during 0~4 days after bloom. But in untreated ovaries of watermelon and pumpkin ,the distributive rate of 15 N on the fourth day was about one third of that on the blooming day and contents of P,K,Zn,B,Mn decreased markedly during 0~4 days after bloom.
