摘要
采用rep -PCR指纹技术对 70个不同来源的稻瘟病菌菌株的DNA指纹图谱进行了测定。菌株间显示了DNA图谱的多态性 ,供试菌株分别扩增出 2~ 15条DNA带。经聚类分析 ,在 0 .80遗传相似水平下 ,供试菌株分为 9个遗传谱系 ,其中第 3,6 ,9为优势谱系。
DNA fingerprints of 70 Magnaporthe grisea isolates collected from different sources in Chongqing were tested using rep-PCR technique. Polymorphism of DNA amplified fingerprints appeared among the isolates. The number of DNA amplified bands varied from 2 to 15 in them. The isolated tested were clustered into 9 genetic lineages at 0.80 genetic similarity, of which No.3, No.6 and No.9 were the dominant lineages. Obvious relation was shown to exist between the genetic lineages of the isolates, on the one hand, and their original hosts and collecting places, on the other.
