蛤蟆油与其伪品蟾蜍输卵管的简易理化鉴别

The Simple Physico-Chemical Identification Methods of Oviductus Rana and Oviductus Bufo

对蛤蟆油与其主要伪品蟾蜍输卵管,分别作了脂溶性物质的硅胶薄层层析和水溶性物质的费林反应氧化亚铜沉淀定量测定试验。结果,这两种试验在蛤蟆油与蟾蜍输卵管的化学鉴别上具有明显的鉴别意义。因此,这两种理化反应可作为蛤蟆油与蟾蜍输卵管的化学鉴别试验。

Oviductus ranac and its false goods,oviductus bufo which has the similar appearence of the shape,are difficult to be distinguished with the normal physicol-chemical identification methods. The fat-soluble material with silica gel TLC and quantitavive determination of the water-soluble material with Fenhling's reagent test was introduced.The results of the two test showed remarkable difference between the two goods.These methods could be the basis of identification of them.
