摘要
利用PCR技术对该室采用精子介导法构建的转绿色荧光蛋白基因 (GFP)蚕及基因枪法构建的新霉素抗性基因(neor)蚕进行了继代分析检测 ,结果在转GFP蚕的G 2和G 3代 ,转neor蚕的G 1及G 2代 ,均检测到了阳性个体。
Positive individuals in both G2 and G3 generations of the transgenic silkworm of GFP (green fluorescent protein) by the sperm-mediated method and in G1 and G2 generations of the transgenic silkworm of neo r (neomycin resistance gene) by the gene gun method were obtained by PCR screening, indicating that the transgenic silkworm by either the sperm-mediated method or the gene gun method has relatively stable transmissibility.
