摘要
应用电化学嵌入法制备了葡萄糖氧化酶 (GOD) 电极并利用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了该电极的电化学性质。结果表明;制备的酶电极对底物有明显的催化作用;且具有电子受体的作用;聚合物膜的厚度对膜电极的伏安性质有显著的影响。
Preparation of glucose oxidase electrode by electrochemical inlay technique,and the electrochemi- cal properties of the electrode by cyclic voltammogram and differentiation pulse voltammogram were analysed.The GOD/PPy modifiede electrode shows significant catalytic effects on substrate(glucose) and be of electron acceptor ability.The thickness of polymembrane has great effect on voltammogram properties of membrane electrode.
