Determination of Ingredient of Amidopyrini et Caffeini Tablets By HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法,直接测定脑清片中氨基比林及咖啡因的含量,具有方法简便,迅速且回收率较高等特点,克服了传统容量分析方法操作繁琐,终点不明显等缺点。

The contents of aminopyrine and caffeine of amidopyrini et caffeini tablet were determined by HPLC. The experiment was carried out under the following conditions: mobile phase CH_3OH: H_2O: HAC=70:30:2. The components were monitored by UV detector at 260nm, the average recovery rates were 100.0% and 99.8% respectively, the coefficients of variation were 0.15% and 1.22%. The method is simple rapid and accurate.
